Featuring iconic tracks such as "Get Back", "The Long and Winding Road", "Across the Universe", and "Let It Be", this album also includes "Don't Let Me Down", a song omitted from the original 1970 album. Conversely, "Dig It" and "Maggie Mae", present on the original, have been excluded from this version.

This particular pressing is the initial EU release from Apple·Parlophone in 2003. It features an early misprint on the back cover's copyright notice where "sound recordingis" is included, a detail corrected in later pressings.
