These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website hallyu4u.com, your Hallyu4u account, and all shipping-forwarding, warehousing, and related services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our Services.

  2. Logistics Services: Package receiving, warehouse storage, consolidation, repackaging, handling, and international forwarding.

Forwarding Agent Disclosure: Hallyu4u is not the seller of items you purchase from third-party marketplaces (e.g., Bunjang, Weverse Shop). In those instances, we act solely as your forwarding agent.

SECTION 4 - OUR PRODUCTS AND REPRESENTATION

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of products in our online stores. However:

  • Colors and images may differ depending on your device settings and configuration.

  • We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your personal expectations.

  • All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.

  • You will promptly request shipment once your package arrives at our warehouse.

  • You will comply with all customs, import, and shipping regulations in your destination country.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED ITEMS

You agree strictly NOT to ship or store any of the following with Hallyu4u:

  • Hazardous, flammable (perfumes, aerosols), or explosive materials.

  • Firearms, weapons, weapon parts, or ammunition.

  • Live animals or perishables.

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances.

  • Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods.

  • Lithium batteries not installed in devices, or damaged/defective batteries.

  • High-value jewelry, cash, or precious metals.

  • Synthetic nicotine, tobacco products, or vapes.

  • Items prohibited by airlines, IATA, local export laws, or the destination country.

We reserve the right to reject, dispose of, or report prohibited items to authorities without refund.

SECTION 8 - WAREHOUSE STORAGE POLICY

  • Free Storage: Free storage applies for a limited number of days as listed on our website.

  • Storage Fees: After free storage expires, daily storage fees will apply.

  • Abandonment: Items left unshipped for over 180 days may be discarded or liquidated without refund or notice.

  • Liability: Hallyu4u is not liable for loss or damage of items stored beyond the free storage period.

SECTION 9 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

  • Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges.

  • You agree to pay all associated service fees (consolidation, repackaging, photos, etc.) before shipment.

SECTION 10 - PAYMENT AND CARD INFORMATION

You represent and warrant that:

  • The credit card/payment information you provide is true and complete.

  • You are duly authorized to use such payment method.

  • Charges incurred by you will be honored by your card company.

  • Unpaid balances may result in account suspension, package disposal, or collection actions.

SECTION 11 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

You understand and agree that:

  • International shipping is subject to carrier delays, customs inspections, and external factors beyond our control.

  • Customs duties, VAT, taxes, and brokerage fees vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Declared values must be truthful; Hallyu4u does not alter invoice values to circumvent taxes.

  • We do not guarantee delivery times, as carriers and customs agencies operate independently.

SECTION 12 - SHIPPING INSURANCE

  • Insurance is optional and must be purchased before the shipment is dispatched.

  • If you decline insurance, Hallyu4u is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft during shipping or customs transit.

  • Insurance claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carrier or insurance provider.

SECTION 13 - ADDRESS ERRORS AND DELIVERY FAILURES

Hallyu4u is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Recipient not being available to receive the package.

  • Local carrier delays or strikes.

  • Customs seizure, rejection, or destruction.

  • Packages returned due to unpaid taxes or fees.

  • Note: Reshipping fees will apply for all returned shipments.

SECTION 14 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

Once Hallyu4u transfers products or packages to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by the carrier once the item has left our facility.
