1. Site Guide: About Our Service
What We Do
We are a Korea-based shipping and proxy shopping service designed to help you shop from Korean online and offline stores with ease, no matter where you are in the world.
Why Choose Us?
Our service removes common barriers like language gaps, payment restrictions, and international shipping limits, allowing you to shop confidently during sales and special events.
Important: Address Policy
Due to carrier system requirements (FedEx, DHL, EMS, Korea Post), shipping addresses must be entered in English.
Warning: If an address is entered in another language, delivery may fail or be misrouted.
Service Time Zone
All fulfillment and service operation updates are provided in KST (Korea Standard Time). UTC conversion will be shown when necessary.
2. Sign Up & Log In
2-1. Where to Sign Up
On both desktop and mobile, you can sign up or log in using the Login button located in the top header menu.
2-2. Shop Account Sync If you already have a Shop account from another Shopify store, you can log in using that same email. Your existing account information will automatically sync through Shopify’s system.
2-3. Required Information
To Sign Up:
- Email Address (Required for Shop registration, verification codes, and account confirmation).
After Signing Up:
- Once logged in, please go to your Profile page to add or update your Name and Shipping Address
2-4. Login Method
We use the Shop account secure login system.
- No Password Needed: You do not need to create a separate password.
- Verification: You will log in using a verification code sent to your email or phone number, depending on your Shop settings.
3. DashBoard & My Account

3-1 . First Screen After Login
Where you land: After logging in, you will be automatically redirected to the Orders page.
How to navigate: From there, simply use the top menu to access the Home page, Dashboard, and other service pages at any time.

3-2. What You Can See in the Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your account activity at a glance.
Top Stats (Quick View)
- Orders: Packages pending arrival.
- Warehouse: Packages currently being prepared for consolidation or shipment.
- Shipment: Packages currently in transit.
::Main Tabs
- Overview: View any unpaid invoices here.
- Orders: Track the progress of your We Buy We Ship, You Buy We Ship, and Order For Me requests.
- In Warehouse: View all packages that have successfully arrived at our warehouse.
- Shipment: Check dispatched packages and delivery progress.
Package Details
By clicking on a specific order, you can view detailed information, including:
- Arrival date & storage deadline
- Photos, weight, and dimensions
- Item details and last updated time

3-3. My Account / Profie
Use the Profile section to view and update your personal information:
- Account Name: Manage your nickname or display name.
- Address Book: Update your default shipping address and manage saved destinations.
- Warehouse ID: View your unique suite number.
*Note: Your Warehouse ID is easily accessible on both the Profile and Dashboard pages.
4. Korean Address & WareHouse ID
4-1. Finding Your Korean Address
Where to look:
- You can view your dedicated Korean address directly in the Dashboard, with options to copy the full address or each individual field.The same address is also displayed on the You Buy We Ship page.
How to use:
- You can copy the full address at once or copy individual fields (like street, city, or zip code) as needed.

4-2. Address Format
Languages: Our warehouse address is provided in both Korean and English.
Compatibility: This address works with most Korean online stores.
Support: If a store does not accept the address format, please contact our support team for assistance.
4-3. Warehouse ID Rules
Every account is assigned a unique Warehouse ID in this format: H4U - XXXXX.
- Why it matters: This ID is required to identify and match incoming packages to your account.I
- Important: When placing orders on Korean shopping sites, you must include your Warehouse ID in the address line or recipient information (such as name section)
4-4. Recipient Name Policy
Recommendation: We strongly recommend using the account owner’s name as the recipient name whenever possible.
Warning: If the recipient name on the package does not match the name on your account, the package may require manual verification. This will cause delays during the check-in process.
