1. Procurement & Warehouse Arriva
We offer flexible ways to shop in South Korea:
- Service Options: Whether you use "You Buy, We Ship" (Forwarding), "We Buy, We Ship" (Assisted Purchase), or our specialized Bunjang/Order For Me services, we handle the logistics.
- Centralized Receiving: All orders are delivered to our secure processing center in South Korea. You will be notified once your items have been successfully checked into our system.
2. Secure Storage & Holding
- Safe Storage: Your items are stored in a climate-controlled, secure environment.
- Flexible Timeline: We do not ship items automatically upon arrival. This allows you to "hold" items as you wait for multiple orders to arrive, giving you full control over when to initiate the final shipment.
3. Shipment Request & Customization
- Direct Export: All packages are dispatched directly from South Korea via premium international couriers.
- Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our facility, a tracking number will be uploaded to your account, allowing you to monitor your K-pop hauls and collectibles every step of the way to your door.
4. Precision Measurement
Once packed, we conduct a final audit to determine your shipping costs:
- Chargeable Weight: We compare actual weight vs. volumetric weight. The higher value is used for your invoice.Formula: L×W×H (cm) divided by 5000 =Volumetric Weight (kg)
- Final Rate: Your fee is based on this measurement, your destination, and your chosen carrier (DHL, FedEx, K-Packet, or EMS).
5. Secure payment
- Transparent Invoicing: You will receive a final invoice once the measurement process is complete.
- Payment Gateways: We accept a wide range of secure payment methods, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. * Processing: To maintain efficiency, packages are dispatched immediately following payment confirmation.
6. Global Dispatch & Tracking
- Standard Shipping (As-Is): If no additional services are requested, we ship your items in the original packaging provided by the retailer.
- Consolidation & Repackaging: To significantly reduce shipping costs, we recommend our consolidation service.
- Note: Consolidation automatically includes professional repackaging. We remove unnecessary bulk and combine multiple orders into a single, optimized box. You do not need to request repackaging separately if you have selected consolidation.
