**Condition Notes:**
* The fence for the first floor is missing.
* The fence for the second floor has some damage, as it was stored separately and experienced some loss and breakage. Please refer to the 3rd and 4th images.

**Overall Condition:**
* The overall condition of the set is excellent.
* The original dolls and furniture are not included. Instead, I am including separately purchased furniture. There are minor scratches, but the items are in very good condition.
* I believe this is a full set with no missing pieces for each component, but please double-check. Please refer to the last image.
* Minor manufacturing defects (injection molding marks) are present but not significantly noticeable. Please consider carefully if you are sensitive to such details.

울타리를 빼놓고 보관해서 분실,파손이 발생했습니다 (3번째,4번째 사진참고 부탁드립니다)
- 전체적인 컨디션은 아주아주 좋습니다
- 원래 구성의 인형과 가구는 없고 제가 따로 구매한 가구들이 함께 갑니다 실기스들은 살짝씩 보이지만 상태 아주 좋으며 각 구성마다 누락없는 풀구성으로 알고있으나 구매자분께서 더블체크 해 주시면 감사하겠습니다 (마지막사진 참고부탁드립니다)
- 자잘한 사출공뎀은 크게 눈에 띄는것이 없어 따로 고지하지않지만 예민하신분은 신중구매부탁드립니다
