I bought it intending to wear it while cycling, but I am selling it as it has only been stored without being used.

Size L generally fits 30-34 inches.

Since it's a tight fit, measurements are not meaningful, so I will not provide them.

While the condition is good, it has been stored in a home environment. If you are looking for a pristine, brand-new product as if professionally managed at a store, please refrain from purchasing.
