This is an Aloha shirt from 'SUN SURF', the revival label by 'SugarCane', a first brand under Japan's TOYO Enterprise.

This is an older reproduction model of the 'Ukulele Melody', one of SUN SURF's steady long-selling models. It features a black body base made of high-density filament rayon, an open collar, a front pocket, bamboo button closures on the sleeves, and pleat details on the back.

To express the vivid colors and deep tones characteristic of old rayon Hawaiian shirts, the printing techniques of the time, such as resist dyeing and overprinting, have been faithfully reproduced. The pattern, harmoniously depicting ukulele and Hawaiian landscapes from the 50s-60s alongside hibiscus flowers, remains captivating.

The size label is faded, but it fits approximately a domestic 100 size with some room, comfortably wearable up to around a 105.
