**Shipping Information:**
* We ship via Contract Courier (계약사 택배). Unfortunately, convenience store half-price shipping (반값 택배) is not available.
* Model try-on photos (챡샷) are not provided.
* Standard shipping via Logen Courier (로젠택배) is ₩3,500. Free shipping is not offered.
* Additional shipping fees apply to Jeju Island and remote mountainous regions.
* Orders paid before 10 AM will be shipped the same day. Orders paid after 10 AM will be shipped the following day.

**Important Purchase Policies:**
* We do not respond to inquiries about items that are already sold or reserved.
* Reserved items can only be held after payment is received.
* The holding period for reserved items is two weeks. We are not responsible for any contamination or loss after this period. Please be aware of this policy.
* Due to the nature of pre-owned items, very minor stains may be present. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for these minor imperfections, so please make your purchase thoughtfully.
* In cases of significant contamination or defects, exchanges or refunds will be provided.
