* **Ballpoint Pen:** Features a unique mechanism where the clip is pressed to extend and retract the ballpoint tip.
* **Ballpoint Ink:** Includes one used medium blue ballpoint refill and one unopened medium blue refill.
* **Packaging:** Comes with the original case (note: the case is in poor condition).
