This Chimutan Monchhichi doll from Pop and Candy has slight discoloration on the nose and snout.

The tag is still attached.

It was stored in its original polybag. The discoloration appears to be from the nose sticking to the bag rather than being chipped. It looks more like an impression from being pressed against the bag.
