* **Packaging & Dispatch:** All items are securely double-packaged for safe transit. Items valued at over 5,000 KRW will be shipped in a new top loader. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment. Payments made on Fridays and Saturdays will be processed and dispatched sequentially starting Monday.
* **Shipping Recommendations:** For items like figures, LEGOs, or Hot Wheels, standard courier shipping is recommended due to size and risk of damage. While "Half-Price Parcel Service" is available, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit with this method.

* **Item Condition:** Cards are immediately sleeved after unsealing. While a basic inspection is performed before dispatch, minor imperfections such as faint scratches, white spots, dents, holo misalignment, cutting errors, or centering variations may be present due to the manufacturing process.
* **Major Defects:** Any significant flaws will be clearly noted in the product listing.
* **Mint Condition:** This item is not recommended for buyers seeking absolute perfect (MINT) condition.
* **Exchanges & Refunds:** Due to the nature of pre-owned goods and potential manufacturing defects, exchanges, refunds, or discounts based on simple change of mind, condition, or process-related flaws are not permitted.

* **Holo Cards:** Approximately 1,000 KRW to 3,000 KRW. Prices may vary based on type and condition.
