Due to courier size regulations, we can ship a maximum of 2 medium plush toys per shipment.

- 1 Medium Plush: Choose between CU or Standard Courier.
- 2 Medium Plush: Standard Courier only.
- 3+ Medium Plush: Standard Courier (Order in batches of 2).

No in-person transactions, no price negotiation.

Once payment is confirmed and items are being prepared, cancellations and refunds are not possible. Please make your purchase after careful consideration.
(Exchanges or returns due to manufacturing defects are not possible.)

All items are first packaged in OPP plastic, then placed in a courier bag.
(Figurines are bubble-wrapped before being placed in the courier bag.)

Courier pickup is guaranteed the day after item preparation begins.

If items sent via convenience store courier are not received within 3-4 days of arrival, they may be returned. Please order only if you can receive them promptly.

중형 인형은 택배 규격에 따라 일반 택배 기준 최대 한 번에 2개까지 보내드릴 수 있어요

중형 인형 1개 → CU or 일반 택배 중 선택
중형 인형 2개 → 일반 택배
중형 인형 3개 이상 → 일반 택배 (2개씩 나눠서 주문)
