(Purchasing 3 medium-sized plush dolls at once without checking the guidelines may result in order cancellation.)

Due to courier size restrictions, we can ship a maximum of 2 medium-sized plush dolls per shipment via standard courier.

- 1 Medium Plush Doll: Choose between CU or Standard Courier.
- 2 Medium Plush Dolls: Standard Courier.
- 3 or more Medium Plush Dolls: Standard Courier (Please place orders in batches of 2).

No in-person transactions. No negotiation.

We do not offer cancellations or refunds once payment is confirmed and preparation begins. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
(Exchanges or returns due to manufacturing defects are not possible.)

All items are first packed in OPP bags and then placed in courier envelopes.
(Figures are bubble-wrapped before being placed in courier envelopes.)

We will ship your order the day after preparation begins.
(Note: Shipping is NOT available to Jeju Island and other remote islands.)

Because items returned due to non-receipt within 3-4 days of arrival at the convenience store may be sent back, please only order if you can receive the package promptly.

중형 인형은 택배 규격에 따라 일반 택배 기준 최대 한 번에 2개까지 보내드릴 수 있어요

중형 인형 1개 → CU or 일반 택배 중 선택
중형 인형 2개 → 일반 택배
중형 인형 3개 이상 → 일반 택배 (2개씩 나눠서 주문)
