DEMIL Journey Coat.

This jacket features a collarless design, inspired by the Railroad Engineer jackets widely used during early 1950s railroad construction. These were worn not by the workers laying tracks, but by the supervisors, representing a unique archive positioned between blue-collar and white-collar roles.

Reinterpreted from DEMIL's own 30s vintage archive.

Made using leftover stock from DEMIL's first product, the 009B fabric (10oz, 80% Cotton, 20% Linen), it offers a pleasant crisp texture suitable for all seasons except mid-summer. (Excerpt from Good Sports Shop)

Size corresponds to approximately 100-105 (Korean sizing).

As an outer layer, I've found it versatile enough to be worn over an inner layer, including a denim jacket, during colder weather. Its utility has been very high.

As this is an early DEMIL piece, it is rarely available on the resale market. Selling due to recent changes in personal style.

50년대 초반 철도 건설 현장에서 널리 사용되었던 레일로드 엔지니어 재킷으로 명명되는 형태의 칼라가 없는 형태의 재킷입니다.
철도 설치를 담당했던 작업자들이 아닌 관리자들이 입은 재킷으로 블루칼라와 화이트칼라의 중간적인 포지션을 가진 특별한 아카이브입니다.
데밀이 직접 소장하고 있는 30년대 빈티지 아카이브를 재해석하여 만들어졌습니다.

데밀의 첫 제품이었던 009B 원단의 재고를 사용 10온스, 코튼 80%, 리넨 20% 정도의 적당한 바스락거림, 한여름 제외 모든 시즌 활용가능합니다.
