This is an unworn Cecile Mcbee blouse purchased from a Japanese vintage shop.

It features lovely puff sleeves and lace details.

The neckline is elegantly adorned with pearls and crystals, and the balloon-style finish makes it a charming piece to wear on its own.

Despite appearing new with Japanese tags, one pearl from the neckline accidentally detached while on a hanger. It will be securely reattached with strong adhesive before shipping.
