The Best Treasure album is the second best-of album released to commemorate B'z's 10th anniversary.

It is nicknamed the "Silver Album" due to its all-silver jacket design.

The tracklist was selected through fan voting from songs released up to the 24th single, "Floating Blue Bullet," excluding those from the best-of album . Consequently, compared to "B'z The Best "Pleasure", which primarily featured single title tracks, this album includes more B-sides and album tracks.

Following the explosive success of the previous release, almost all single songs omitted from "B'z The Best "Pleasure" are included here. After track 14, "RUN - 1998 style -", a secret track features a one-chorus acoustic version of "HOME". In this version, Matsumoto provides backing vocals during the chorus.

The Best Treasure 음반은 B'z 데뷔 10주년을 기념해 발매된 베스트 앨범 2탄.
재킷이 은빛 일색으로 수놓아져 있어 은반이라 불린다.
수록곡은 베스트 앨범 수록곡을 제외한 24th 싱글 <떠도는 푸른 탄환>까지 발매된 곡 중에서 팬 투표를 실시해 그 상위곡이 선정되었다.
그 때문에, 싱글 표제곡이 중심이었던 「B'z The Best "Pleasure" 와 비교해 2nd beat(커플링곡)이나 앨범 수록곡이 많이 수록되어 있다.
전작의 폭발적 히트를 받아 『B'z The Best "Pleasure" 로부터 누락된 싱글곡이 거의 수록되어 있다. 14번트랙곡 RUN - 1998 style- 를 마친 뒤 잠시 후 시크릿 트랙으로 HOME의 어쿠스틱 버전을 원코러스 들을 수 있다. 이 버전에서는 사비에서 마츠모토가 코러스를 맡고 있다.
