This is a Barbour International jacket that has been professionally tailored at the waist.

Originally purchased to achieve a slimmer silhouette similar to David Beckham's styling of a Belstaff jacket, this Barbour International jacket was altered for the waistline at a cost of 90,000 KRW.

Initially, a smaller size was tried, but while it fit the body, the shoulders appeared narrow, detracting from the overall proportion. Therefore, the current size was chosen for the shoulders, and the waist was tailored for a natural fit. Due to the jacket's thick and challenging material, extensive research was conducted to find a specialized tailor.

The tailoring does not create an exaggerated, feminine silhouette. Instead, it maintains the signature Barbour International aesthetic while providing a cleaner, more natural fit from the side and back.

This jacket is recommended for those who prefer a refined, fitted silhouette over an oversized or boxy look for Barbour jackets. The actual worn silhouette is significantly enhanced.

The jacket currently has no wax coating.

As this is a tailored item, please carefully check the actual measurements before purchasing. Measurements are taken manually and may have slight discrepancies.

The jacket has been worn indoors only twice. The belt is also free of any damage (photos attached).

바버 인터내셔널 자켓입니다.
허리라인만 전문 수선한 제품입니다.

구매 당시 벨스타프 자켓을 슬림하게 소화한 데이비드 베컴의 착용핏을 보고, 바버 인터내셔널도 비슷한 느낌으로 입고 싶어 허리라인만 9만 원을 들여 전문 수선했습니다.

처음에는 한 치수 작은 제품도 입어봤지만, 몸에는 맞아도 어깨가 좁아 보여 전체적인 비율이 아쉬웠습니다. 그래서 어깨에 맞는 사이즈를 구매한 후 허리만 자연스럽게 잡는 방식으로 수선을 진행했습니다. 두껍고 작업이 까다로운 자켓이라 여러 수선집을 직접 알아본 끝에 진행한 수선입니다.


당연히 여성복처럼 과하게 들어간 라인이 아닙니다.
바버 인터내셔널 특유의 분위기는 그대로 유지하면서, 옆모습과 뒷모습이 훨씬 깔끔하게 떨어지는 정도의 자연스러운 핏입니다.

평소 바버를 어벙하거나 박시하게 입는 것보다 몸에 맞게 세련된 핏으로 즐기시는 분이라면 만족하실 것 같습니다. 실제 착용 시 실루엣이 훨씬 살아납니다.현재 왁스끼는 없는 상태입니다.

수선 제품인 만큼 반드시 실측 사이즈를 확인하신 후 구매 부탁드립니다.
