비단에 채색되어있으며 기암괴석으로 폭포가 흐르고 그아래로 작은 나룻배 한척이 떠있으며 왼쪽 하단 초갓집 앞에 세상을 등지고 자연에 묻혀 사는 인물이 보입니다.
상태는 액자가 없으며 오래되어 오염등은 보이나 양호한편입니다.
