[BUNJANG] Antique Brass 10-Sided Zodiac Brazier for Tea Room / 골동품 특이한 놋쇠 서수형 10각 면도리 다실용 화로

A brass brazier shaped like a mythical creature with 10 sides, made after the liberation period.

This brazier was highly prized by the Japanese, who favored the 'Myeondori' design, and was largely produced for export and used in Japanese tea rooms.

While octagonal 'Myeondori' braziers are common, this 10-sided version is particularly rare.

The base features an inverted trumpet flower shape, the central part is the 'Myeondori', and the upper rim resembles those found on Gyeonggi braziers.

The handles on both sides are crafted in the form of mythical beasts, with rings attached.

This would make an excellent brazier for those seeking authentic tea room artifacts.

Condition: Shows some age-related discoloration but is otherwise in good condition.

해방이후 제작한 놋쇠 서수형 10각 면도리 화로 입니다.
일본인은 면도리를 보면 너무 좋아하여 이화로는 거의 수출용으로 일본의 다실에서 많이 사용되었습니다.
보통 팔각면도리가 보이지만 10각의 면도리는 귀한 편입니다.
아래의 굽은 역나팔꽃 형태이며 중앙은 면도리이며 위쪽의 구연부는 경기화로를 많이 닮아있습니다.
그리고 양쪽 손잡이는 상상의 동물 서수형으로 표현하였으며 링을 걸었습니다.
다실의 화로를 찾는분께는 좋은 화로로 활용하실수 있을듯 합니다.
상태는 세월의 흐름에 얼룩등은 보이나 양호합니다.
크기는 폭 23 높이 19 입니다.
무게는 2481그램으로 꽤 무겁습니다.
