The pants have a waist circumference of 43cm, but the side buttons allow for adjustment, making them wearable for those with a waist size of 30-31 inches.
(It's also possible to wear them with a 29-inch waist if using a belt.)

I preferred a longer length, which is why I chose size L for the bottoms.
