Each set is handmade to order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We aim to ship within 48 hours of order completion. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates.

Please specify your desired tip shape and nail sizes (left and right hands). If sizes are the same for both hands, you can list them once. For different sizes, please list them separately.

* Measure the widest part of your natural nail.
* If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
* For nails with a strong C-curve, please select a size with extra room.
* Measure both hands for accurate custom fitting.

* As these are custom-made 1:1 orders, exchanges or refunds due to sizing errors or change of mind are not possible. We suggest ordering a size up and gently filing them down if you are unsure about sizing.
* Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight variations in dust, air bubbles, charm placement, and marble patterns may occur. These are not considered defects. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to minor imperfections.
