For sale is a DeAgostini 1/72 scale diecast model of the P-38 Lightning fighter aircraft.
This model was purchased new from an overseas direct import and has been displayed only. It is a representation of the famous twin-engine aircraft flown by the US Army Air Forces in World War II.
The model has been customized with a pilot figure added to the cockpit. Although it is a 1/72 scale, its substantial size makes it comparable to many 1/48 scale models.
Includes the original DeAgostini separate explanatory booklet and box. The presence of the booklet enhances the model's value.
