- **Joint Stiffness Issue:** The waist joint was excessively stiff, leading to a risk of breakage during articulation. While minor disassembly and screw tension adjustment were performed, the joint remains very tight. If you intend to heavily articulate the figure upon purchase, a second modification may be necessary. Articulation is not recommended in its current state. This issue was reportedly experienced by approximately half of all Optimus Prime purchasers at the time and is noted here due to its significance.

- **Outer Box Condition:** The carton box shows signs of staining and dents.

- **Inner Packaging:** Due to the outer box condition, the product art wrapping the styrofoam tray has some pressed areas, and the styrofoam tray itself has minor tears and cracks.

- **Minor Part Found:** A small screw was discovered inside the box. It is unclear whether this was included from the factory or detached from a component.
