This is a vintage quartz Day-Date model manufactured by Samsung during the 1980s-1990s. It features a simple design highlighted by a pair of golden phoenixes and the mugunghwa flower emblem.

This particular model does not have a presidential signature on the front. These watches were often used not as official inauguration commemorative gifts, but rather widely distributed to the National Intelligence Service, Presidential Security Service, Cheong Wa Dae visitors, and as gifts for lower-ranking officials.
