This is the Tanat Shirring String Dress. The actual color is much more beige than shown in the photos.

It has been worn about twice and appears to have been stored without dry cleaning. It would be best to dry clean it after purchase before wearing. There are no noticeable stains or defects, but as it is a used item, it may not be perfectly pristine. The inner dress is also being stored with it.
