This is a Rolf Prima Vigor FX Korea Edition Wheelset.
The rear wheel has a brake line covered with electrical tape, while the front wheel is set up to use a brake line.
There are no major defects, only minor scratches.
The tires are Schwalbe Lugano on both sides.
The cog is 17t, and the lockring is OnStage. Both were recently replaced and are in excellent condition.
No wobbling is present.
