Please carefully read the purchase notice before buying. By purchasing, you agree to the terms in the notice.

As these are vintage items, please check the photos for details regarding any stains, chips, signs of wear, manufacturing defects, or asymmetry. Returns will not be accepted for these reasons. We kindly ask that only those with an understanding of vintage items make a purchase.

We previously included generous freebies, but due to the high number of resellers, we will now provide extra gifts only to repeat customers or those who have consulted with us. This is to ensure gifts go to genuine fans.

We do not accommodate individuals who are inconsiderate, rude, demanding, overly sensitive, have excessively specific and clear expectations, or frequently express dissatisfaction. Please seek out other shops that can cater to such needs. We kindly request that you do not visit our store if this applies to you.

Once the item is in the 'preparing for shipment' stage, cancellations or refunds will not be possible for any reason. Please make your purchase carefully.

For items such as [Gachapon/Plush Toys/Vintage Items], individuals sensitive to common defects or the passage of time are advised to refrain from purchasing. We request that only those with a thorough understanding of the product's nature make a purchase.

We do not accept requests for price negotiation, free shipping, or reservations.

We do not offer parcel pickup services.

Shipping will occur within 1-2 days! We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but if there are any delays due to our primary job, we will contact you separately.

Please confirm receipt promptly after the package arrives.

Replies may be delayed during work hours!

For issues of damage or missing items, an unboxing video is required.

(This video should show the entire unboxing process, starting from when the shipping label is visible.)
