This is a pleated bib shirt from "Lad Musician", a Japanese brand founded in 1995 by Yuichi Kuroda. The brand is highly regarded by collectors worldwide for fusing music and fashion, drawing inspiration from rock and glam rock culture, with comfortable tailoring and unique designs.

This model features the "Pleated Bib" design, characterized by finely arranged vertical pleats on the U-shaped panel at the center chest, a traditional detail of tuxedo shirts. The craftsmanship is excellent (see photos 4-6).

The sharp collar shape also serves as a great accent (see photo 9).

Instead of regular buttons, cute fabric-covered buttons are used, and a minimal black button is hidden at the bottom (see photos 7-8).
