This exquisite jar, dating from the late Joseon Dynasty (primarily 18th-19th century), showcases the distinctive 'Chochungmun' (grass and insect) motif in underglaze blue on a white porcelain body.

* **Shoulder:** Adorned with a decorative band of 'Yeouidu' pattern, resembling clouds or lotus petals, just below the mouth.

문양 구성:

몸체에는 풀(꽃)과 곤충을 그린 초충문(草蟲文)이 시문되어 있습니다. 특히 잠자리와 같은 곤충이 묘사된 것이 특징입니다.

어깨 부분(구연부 아래)에는 구름이나 연꽃잎 모양의 여의두문(如意頭文) 띠가 둘러져 있습니다.

형태: 입구가 곧게 서 있고(직립), 어깨가 풍만하며 아래로 갈수록 좁아지는 조선 후기(주로 18~19세기) 항아리의 특징적인 형태를 띠고 있습니다.
