Traditionally, a 'jeongbyeong' (淨甈) was a sacred Buddhist vessel used to hold holy water, symbolizing the cleansing of worldly desires. It was also revered as an auspicious item believed to ward off misfortune and attract positive energy.

The body of the vase is exquisitely decorated with intricate white slip inlay depicting willows, reeds, and ducks playing by the water, evoking a sense of serene tranquility. The shoulder is adorned with a band of 'yeouidu' (如意頭) motifs, enhancing the overall elegance. This work stands out for its substantial presence and the meticulous craftsmanship of its inlay.
