This release captures Gen Hoshino's 5-dome tour "Gen Hoshino DOME TOUR 2019 \"POP VIRUS\"", including the Tokyo Dome performance held on February 27-28, 2019. The tour, which began on February 2, 2019, at Kyocera Dome Osaka, mobilized 330,000 attendees and sold out every venue on the day of the show.

The concert features 23 songs, including hits like "Idea" (theme song for the NHK morning drama), "SUN," "Koi," "Family Song," and "Doraemon," primarily from his latest album "POP VIRUS." It also includes encore performances, creating a unique musical space characteristic of Gen Hoshino's live shows.
