## Important Information for Gani Stationery Shop Customers

Please read this notice carefully before making any purchases. This is NOT a purchase listing.

### Shipping Information

* **Shipping Options:**
* CU Post (Convenience store to convenience store) **7,000 KRW**
* Local Courier **11,000 KRW**
* **Note:** CU, Post Office Mail, and Registered Mail are NOT available.
* **Local Courier Details:** Uses the courier app; sender's anonymity number (안심번호) is not used.
* **Payment:** All payments must be made through **Secure Payment**.
* **Shipping Fees:** Shipping fees are **fixed**. The seller will cover any transaction fees.
* **Jeju Island/Remote Areas:** Please contact us directly for separate purchases and combined shipping. Additional shipping fees apply to all listings (amount specified in the listing and shop introduction).
* **Unclaimed Packages:** The seller is not responsible for any consequences resulting from unclaimed packages (e.g., return to sender).
* **Package Pickup:** Please ensure you pick up your package from the CU convenience store within **2 days** of arrival.
* **Returned Packages:** Refunds and re-shipping are not possible for returned packages.
* Return shipping costs (paid upon receipt, **4,000 KRW**) will be charged at **80%** to the buyer.
* Returned packages are non-refundable.

### Freebies (Gifts) Information

* **All Customers:** Receive a free mix pack of stationery supplies.
* **Tiered Gifts:** Refer to the second image in this listing for gifts based on purchase amount.
* **Photo Review Event:** Participate by leaving a photo review (details in shop introduction).

### Transaction Precautions

1. **Age Restriction:** Purchases are limited to individuals **14 years of age or older**.
2. **Contact Hours:** Available from **10:00 AM to 2:00 AM**.
3. **No Returns/Exchanges:** All sales are **final**. Exchanges, refunds, returns, and negotiations are strictly prohibited. Please make your purchases carefully.
4. **Gift Requests:** Do not explicitly mention freebies (e.g., "Please give me lots of freebies," "Give me this specific freebie"). Doing so may result in not receiving any freebies.
5. **Eco-Friendly Packaging:** To protect the environment, we may reuse OPP bags and boxes.
6. **Review Policy:** Malicious reviews will be reported.
