This is a sealed product, only opened to verify the character. The outer plastic wrap is present.

Regarding the photo card, it was carefully opened with a fine cut along the seal to preserve its appearance. Please note that this has resulted in a small cut on the inner plastic bag, as shown in the second image. However, upon inspection with a flashlight while still in its sealed state, the photo card itself has no scratches.
