The cushion case has been used minimally, and the refill is a brand new product that has been swapped in. The case itself shows very little sign of use, and the refill has not been used at all since being swapped into the case.
(Please note: This product does not come with a protective film on the refill as manufactured. Rest assured, it is unused.)
