This is a size M Tsunami SNM100 handlebar. There are minor, unnoticeable scratches on the main body and some scratching on the handlebar itself. It is recommended to replace the bar tape or the entire handlebar. There is a sound coming from the bottom bracket, which would benefit from repair or cleaning.
