(Orders for 3 medium plushies at once may be canceled if guidelines are not reviewed.)

Due to shipping size restrictions, a maximum of 2 medium plushies can be sent per shipment.

- 1 Medium Plushie: Choose between CU convenience store shipping or standard shipping.
- 2 Medium Plushies: Standard shipping required.
- 3+ Medium Plushies: Standard shipping (order in sets of 2).

In-person transactions: No.
Price negotiation: No.

🩷 Once payment is complete and item preparation begins, cancellations and refunds are not possible. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
(Exchanges and returns due to manufacturing defects are not possible.)

❤️ All items are first packaged in an OPP bag and then placed in a shipping envelope.
(Figurines are bubble-wrapped before being placed in the shipping envelope.)

💛 If items are not picked up within 3-4 days of arrival at the convenience store, they may be returned. Please only order if you can retrieve your package promptly.

중형 인형은 택배 규격에 따라 일반 택배 기준 최대 한 번에 2개까지 보내드릴 수 있어요

중형 인형 1개 → CU or 일반 택배 중 선택
중형 인형 2개 → 일반 택배
중형 인형 3개 이상 → 일반 택배 (2개씩 나눠서 주문)
