Are you looking for expert wig styling for your cosplay or character needs? We offer custom commission services to bring your vision to life! Please note that this is an amateur service with continuous growth and dedication.

### Refund & Transaction Policy:

* **No refunds** after bank account and personal information have been shared, except in exceptional circumstances.
* Refunds are only issued if the error is on our part (e.g., significant cutting mistakes, major delays).
* Commissions are considered transactions; please make informed decisions before contacting us.
* Shipping delays caused by the courier are not our responsibility. Please contact the respective courier directly.

### Styling & Confirmation Process:

* **Two (2) confirmation rounds** are included for styling work.
* Additional confirmations beyond the initial two are not possible.
* Minor loosening during storage or shipping is to be expected and is not covered.
* We strive for the wig to look even better in person than in photos.
* We recommend unboxing and storing the wig immediately upon receipt.
* This commission does not include the addition of doll hair.
* Wigs are carefully secured with a stand and wig net to prevent damage during shipping.
* We will ship using the same box/bag provided by the client.
* Any loosening after shipping is not our responsibility.

### Transaction Precautions:

* **No third-party involvement** is permitted (only the client and the service provider).
* Minor clients are assumed to have parental consent.
* Failure to contact us within 1-2 days after receiving account details will be considered a cancellation.
* Incomplete application forms will also result in cancellation.
* Please send a shipping confirmation message after delivery.
* Orders will be canceled if payment is not received within 2 days of providing account details.

* Falls/Dreadlocks: +₩0.3~

**Complex Styling Add-ons:**

(Includes: Basic boned hairline, Ggijim, Waves, Updo styling, Hairpiece addition, Dyeing, Detailed strand expression)
* *Note on Ggijim Pricing:* The pricing reflects the physical strain, especially on wrists, even for short cuts.

**Expedited Service Fees:**
* Over 2 weeks (Standard): Base Price
* Within 1 week: +₩0.7
* 3-5 days: +₩1.0
* Same-day Styling: +₩1.25 (Ggijim service not available for same-day requests).

**Healing (Untangling/Restoration):**
* +₩0.3~

* Convenience Store Standard Delivery: ₩4,000 - ₩4,500

*All styled wigs are shipped without stuffing (unpacked).
