[BUNJANG] Coral Red Coral Decorated Vase with Auspicious Patterns / 산호홍지묘금보상화길상문호호병

This is a beautiful vase with a vivid and ornate coral-colored base, delicately decorated with auspicious patterns and auspicious motifs in gold. The reign mark, written in a well-executed seal script in underglaze blue beneath a transparent glaze, reads 'Qianlong Nian Zhi'. The pine-stone green glaze inside the mouth and on the base is naturally well-fired, and the light diffusion inside the vessel is soft and substantial, suggesting it could be a contemporary piece. However, from a conservative perspective, it is presented as a piece from the early Republic of China period (possibly late Qing Dynasty). Despite this, its balanced form, color palette, and design exhibit high quality and sophistication, making it a valuable item for appreciation and collection.

금채로 섬세하게 보상화전지문 및 길상문을 시문한
아름다운 호호병입니다.
관지는 투명 유약 아래 청화로 건륭년제 기년관지가
전서체로 아주 잘 쓰여 있고, 구연부 안쪽 및 바닥의
송석녹(松石綠) 유액도 자연스럽게 잘 익었을 뿐 아니라
기물 내부의 빛의 산란도 부드럽고 묵직하여
당대(當代)의 기물로 봐줄 수도 있겠으나
보수적인 저의 견해로는 (빠르면 청말인데)
민국 초기의 기물로 소개 드립니다.
그럼에도, 균형잡힌 자태와 색감, 도안 등
고급스러움은 물론 완성도가 매우 높아
감상 및 소장 가치는 작지 않다 하겠습니다.
