**Rental Details:**
* **Costume:** Teletubbies costume ('Po' - Red)
* **Rental Fee:** ₩12,000
* **Security Deposit:** ₩5,000

**Sizing:**
* Suitable for individuals up to 170cm tall.
* Length from neck to hem is approximately 130cm.

* Made from soft, comfortable material that is surprisingly not too hot.
* Guaranteed to bring a cute and fun vibe to your event!

**Rental Process:**
* Please contact us at least 2-3 days in advance to check availability for your desired date.
* Send a message mentioning '메롱롱' and inquire about availability on the specific date you wish to rent (refer to the photo date).
* Upon wearing the costume, please return it via Korea Post (우체국 택배) on the same day. (Convenience store shipping is not accepted).

**Late Returns & Fees:**
* A late fee of ₩6,000 will be charged per day.
* Please contact us in advance if you anticipate a late return.
* You are responsible for any costs incurred due to damage, contamination, or loss of the costume.

**Cancellations:**
* Cancellations are possible only if requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time.
* Refunds will be issued excluding the security deposit for cancellations made within the 24-hour window.

**Important Notes:**
* We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by the shipping company.
* We highly recommend using Korea Post (우체국 택배) over convenience store parcel services, as the latter can sometimes take over a week for delivery.

하루 연체비는 6000원이고 연체 예정일 경우에는 꼭 미리 문의 주세요!
본인 과실로 인해 다음 예약자분들께서 배송을 받지 못하는 경우, 모든 책임 부담하셔야 합니다.

택배사 사정으로 인한 배송 지연 및 미배달은 책임지지 않습니다.
그래서 반택 보다는 일반 택배(우체국 택배)를 추천드립니다!
(반택은 일주일 넘게 걸리는 경우도 있더라구요😱)

오염, 이염, 파손, 분실 시 수리비 또는 물품 비용 청구합니다.

예약 후(입금 완료 후) 취소 시에는 보증금을 제외하고 환불 가능합니다. 24시간 이전만 취소 가능합니다!
