[BUNJANG] Tears / 눈물

I've always loved drawing eyes since I was young.

I believe eyes are the most captivating part of the human body. Sometimes, things can be understood solely through a person's gaze, not just their expression, and the moist, glass-like pupils are incredibly beautiful. Above all, I find it fascinating that we can see and capture the world through these orb-like eyes.

There are countless things we can see and hold within our eyes – millions upon millions. And sometimes, when we can't quite contain all those millions of things, they overflow. That overflow is what we call tears. And the meanings and reasons behind those tears are also myriad, numbering in the thousands. This is what I've always thought.

To me, tears are also profoundly beautiful.

전 옛날부터 눈 그리는 걸 좋아했습니다.
눈은 사람의 인체 중에서도 가장 매력적인 부분이라고 생각했거든요. 가끔은 표정이 아닌 눈빛만으로도 알 수 있는 것들이 있고, 유리구슬같이 촉촉한 눈동자가 너무 아름다웠습니다. 무엇보다 이 구슬 같은 눈동자로 세상을 보고 담을 수 있다는 것이 너무나 신기했습니다.

이 세상을 보면서 눈에 담을 수 있는 것은 수천만 가지 이상입니다. 그리고 가끔은 그 수천만 가지의 것들을 다 담아내지 못하고 넘쳐흐를 때가 있습니다. 그렇게 흘러내리는 것을 눈물이라고 합니다. 그리고 그 눈물에 담긴 의미와 이유 또한 수천 가지가 있겠죠. 줄곳 그렇게 생각하고 있었어요.

눈물 또한 저에게는 너무나 아름답게 보입니다.
