**Condition Details:**
- The handlebar tape itself is not significantly worn, but it was previously wrapped with colored tape.
- Black electrical tape has been applied to the top, drops, and bottom sections to cover the previous colored tape.
- **Please note:** Removing the electrical tape may cause slight damage to the underlying handlebar tape.
- As seen in the 3rd photo, there is minor cosmetic damage to the lettering.
- The damage shown in the 2nd and 3rd photos will be covered when a stem brake is installed.
- The item exhibits noticeable signs of use.
