This is a Novatec 38mm rim wheelset with Enve decals.

It is lighter than the csc88 and makes the bicycle look clean.

While the decal alignment might appear slightly asymmetrical in photos, it is not noticeable when mounted.

There is almost no wobble, and the rolling performance is excellent thanks to the Novatec hubs.

This is a great opportunity to get a high-quality wheelset at a low price. The minor cosmetic flaw mentioned is the extent of any damage.
