These shoes were worn for one day indoors in an office setting after being transported from home to the office.

They run a bit tight due to the knit material. I have slightly wide feet and found them to be very constricting.

I would recommend a size 240 for a more comfortable fit.

These shoes are extremely cushioned and suitable even for beginner runners.
