* **Sizing:** Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and may have a 1-2cm error. Sleeve length is measured to the shoulder line.
* **Shipping:** Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis (pre-payment required). We ship on weekdays only, excluding weekends. Orders placed from Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.

* **Standard Delivery:** ₩4,000 (₩4,500 for Jeju/remote islands) - Hanjin Express
* **Convenience Store Parcel Service (GS25 only):** ₩3,000 (₩3,500 for Jeju/remote islands)
