#### Designer's Notes:

Revisiting the 'Elizabeth' model, a foundational piece in our collection. Originally named for its use of Sea Island Cotton, the 'Elizabeth' shirt has evolved into a model in its own right.

We meticulously considered the materials, opting for a meticulous creation process in Japan. The core principle of 'Elizabeth' is the use of the finest materials. Previous iterations utilized David200/2 or Sea Island Cotton.

What defines the 'Elizabeth' shirt is its inherent neatness, akin to a dress shirt that commands a poised posture. Rather than artificially creating this aesthetic, we chose to select it. Our aim is to introduce premium imported fabrics that offer a distinct tactile experience.

Having explored 200/2 and 240/2 threads, we sought a new direction. While David200 offers exceptional quality with a subtle openness, and Sea Island Cotton is superb, we questioned its suitability for a fresh start.

The chosen fabric delivers a delicate luster and a masculine firmness (ハリ感) that the wearer can truly feel. This exquisite balance can evoke a subtly sensual mood or a playfully retro vibe.

The white version is simply flawless, featuring a perfect, subtly lustrous white. Pairing this white shirt with grey trousers creates the "Toyokawa" style – a distinct aesthetic separate from Ryan or Charles.

For optimal styling, unbuttoning a few buttons is recommended.

Welcome back, Elizabeth.

실크 65%, 면 35% 의 호화스러운 소재로 만든 캐쥬얼 셔츠입니다. 실제로는 부담스럽지않고 고급스러운 실크 질감을 지닌 포슬포슬한 질감의 바스락거리는 실크코튼소재입니다. 소재 자체가 굉장히 고급스러운 소재라 티셔츠 위에 오버셔츠로 입으셔도 훌륭하구요, 자켓안에 이너로서도 훌륭하게 활약 가능한 셔츠입니다.

패턴은 자잘한 그래프체크인데, 너무 밋밋하지않은 질감으로 어떤 하의라도 잘 어울린다 생각합니다.

[디자이너 상품설명]

몇 시즌 동안 잠들어 있던 엘리자베스.

무덤에서 살아 돌아왔습니다.

사다코와는 달리 귀여운 인형(doll)과 함께 돌아왔네요.

엘리자베스는 시초가 되는 셔츠입니다.

원래 '엘리자베스'라는 이름은 씨아일랜드 코튼(Sea Island Cotton)을 사용한 모델에 붙였던 이름인데, 어느 순간 혼자만의 길을 가더니 이 셔츠 모델 자체가 엘리자베스가 되어버렸죠.

그래서 소재에 대해 깊이 고민했습니다.

엘리자베스를 아비노(Avino)에 부탁해서 만들까 패턴도 고민해 봤지만, 결국 이 녀석은 시작을 알리는 종입니다. 기본에 충실하게 자국(일본)에서 정성껏 만들기로 했습니다.

소재만큼은 최고급을 사용하는 것이 엘리자베스의 법칙입니다.

예전에는 David200/2나 David Sea Island를 베이스로 만들곤 했습니다.

엘리자베스의 어떤 점이 좋은지 다시 한번 생각해 보니, 역시 등을 착 펴게 만드는 드레스 셔츠 특유의 단정함이었습니다.

그 감성을 의도적으로 조작해 만들어내기보다는, 정답을 '선택'했습니다. 아직 사람들이 경험해 보지 못했을 수입 원단을 소개하고 싶었습니다.

200/2, 240/2도 해봤으니 '이제 뭘 해볼까' 하고 다시 여러 원단을 살펴보았습니다.

David200은 최상급이지만 약간의 빈틈이 있고, Sea Island는 훌륭하지만 새로운 출발에 어울릴지 의문이 들었습니다.

입는 사람이 체감할 수 있는 은은한 광택과 남성적인 힘(ハリ感).

상당히 절묘해서 관능적인 무드를 연출할 수도 있고, 약간은 촌스러운 느낌으로 비틀 수도 있습니다.

화이트 컬러는 더할 나위 없이 완벽하며, 광택이 절묘하게 감도는 화이트입니다.

이 화이트 셔츠에 그레이 팬츠를 매치하면 완성되는 도요카와(豊川) 스타일.

라이언이나 찰스와는 완전히 다른 스타일입니다.

역시 단추를 몇 개 풀어서 입는 것이 가장 멋질 겁니다.

하야카와 씨가 엘리자베스 인형을 구해주셨습니다.

하지만 사실 야다 씨도 이미 가지고 있다는 사실은 하야카와 씨에게 비밀로 하고 있습니다.

야다 씨의 엘리자베스 인형은 최근 들어 답미소를 보낸다고 하더군요.

답미소를 보낸다는 건... 미소를 짓고 있다는 건가!?
