Head Porter was established in July 1998 as an ongoing collaboration between Porter and Hiroshi Fujiwara (Fragment Design). Every step is considered and executed with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining small production runs and all items are made in Japan. Based on the philosophy of Kichizo Yoshida, the founder of Yoshida & Co., Head Porter aims to create "bags that suit their owners over time and become a part of their daily lives," with an eye for futuristic design.
