These Comoli Post Twill Pants are a recurring staple, appearing across multiple seasons. Initially, the design might seem unconventional for Comoli, but upon closer inspection, these pants serve to balance and ground the brand's signature flowing aesthetic.

The design is inspired by Dickies, a well-known fact. The true innovation lies in the fabric composition.

While previous iterations featured 100% cotton or occasionally 100% wool, the 26SS collection utilizes a cotton/poly blend, with the addition of wool. This blend results in a unique texture that is both robust and pliable, simultaneously smooth yet slightly rough – a captivating duality.

The cotton/polyester blend is commonly used for uniforms, lending a utilitarian feel. However, Comoli masterfully integrates wool to create a novel textural experience. The fabric is firm yet flexible, soft yet with a subtle coarseness, resulting in an intriguing, nuanced feel.

코모리상이 포스트 트윌 팬츠 어지간히 좋아하나 봅니다.
정말 시즌마다 계속 나옵니다.

예전에는 이 디자인이 코모리랑 잘 안어울린다고 느꼈었는데, 계속 보다보니 이 팬츠가 코모리의 흐르는 맛을 한번 끊어주면서 밸런스와 무게감을 잡아주는 역할을 한다고 생각이 들었습니다.

뭐 디키즈에서 따온 디자인이라는 건 다들 아실테고, 저는 항상 그렇듯 원단얘기나 해보겠습니다.

포스트 트윌팬츠는 예전에는 면 100% 으로 출시되다가 간간히 울 100%으로도 출시되었고, 요즘에는 면/폴리울 혼방으로 나옵니다.

사실 23SS 면 원단으로 만들 때도 그 공기같은 착용감과 실크같이 부드러운 촉감에 정말 좋은 인상을 가졌었는데,

26SS 원단은 정말 뭐랄까요, 재미있습니다.
동시에 코모리상의 내공도 느껴집니다.

일단 면/폴리 원단은 유니폼만들때 보통 많이 씁니다. (디키즈도 그렇구요) 때문에 면/폴리 원단으로 팬츠를 만들면 유니폼적인 느낌이 강하죠.

하지만 코모리는 이걸 울의 질감을 섞어놓아 텍스쳐감을 아주 새롭게 풀어냅니다. 탄탄하면서도 유들유들하고, 부드러운듯 거칩니다. 오묘한 느낌으로 만들어 놓았죠.

정장 바지처럼 너무 포멀하지도 않고, 그렇다고 너무 치노팬츠의 캐주얼하지도 않은 중간 느낌의 매력을 가지고 있고, 코모리의 무드을 잘 담은 치노팬츠라고 생각합니다. 개인적으로는 아프레쎄 면/폴리 혼방 팬츠 보다 더 좋았네요.

사진 보시면 아시겠지만, 고급수선집가서 원본과 동일하게 정말 깔끔하게 수선했구요, 2cm 수선했지만 잘라서 수선한게 아니라 원상복구 가능합니다.
