This is reportedly a Sanrio product from 1976-2003. The cover is made of tin case material and opens with a zipper. There is a cork(?) board inside, which was present when I purchased it. It would be suitable for use with pins or tacks.

1976-2003년 산리오 제품이라고 하네요..표지가 틴케이스 재질입니다. 지퍼로 열어서 쓰는 형태입니다. 내부에 코르크(?) 판이 붙어있는데 이건 제가 구매했을 때부터 이랬어요...압정이나 핀같은거 달아서 쓰시면 괜찮을 것 같아요. 희소성 있고 귀여운 상품입니다.
