This is a Parker 45 vintage propelling mechanical pencil.

Propelling pencils predate the modern knock-style mechanical pencils and feature a mechanism where the lead is advanced by twisting.

The lead size is 0.9mm.
Unlike modern pencils, you twist the end to advance the lead.
Lead replacement must be done from the front.
The rear compartment can store spare leads.

In good condition with minimal signs of use.
