This is a genuine NAGASAWA frame, NJS certified, not just the lugs.

NAGASAWA frames are handmade for Japanese Keirin cyclists, and are still highly regarded today for their excellent brazing finish, high-quality craftsmanship, and unique smooth ride.

The frame material is Chromoly steel, which offers higher strength and durability than regular steel while providing a resilient ride. It naturally absorbs road vibrations, offers smooth power transfer, and allows you to experience the characteristic ride feel of a vintage track frame that becomes more appealing the longer you ride it.

While there are signs of use and age in the paint and exterior, there are no functional defects that would affect riding. Please consider it as natural aging inherent to vintage frames. Please check the photos for detailed condition.
